- Ensure projects are carried out in accordance with plans and procedures.

- Surface and paint preparation procedures
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with quality standards

- Undertake risk analysis, conduct regular audits, and maintain quality standards
What you'll need to succeed
Along with a proven history as a Supervisor or Team Leader you will have:
- Proof of Australian Citizenship
- 2-3+ years as a Supervisor in an industrial or construction role
- Industrial painting, coating and blasting experience
- Technical knowledge of coating systems and surface preparation
- Confined Space - within the last 2 years
- White Card
- High Risk Work Licence (Desirable)
- National Police Clearance within 2 years - or willing to obtain one
- Able to lead an experienced team
- Good attitude and safety record is a must
- Be able to pass a pre-employment medical & ongoing drug and alcohol testing
- Familiar with Microsoft office suite
- Experience across quality systems - Inspection test plans, QA/QC management systems
You must be an Australian Citizen and be able to pass the required security checks to be considered for the position.
