Are you a qualified Electrician with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering excellence in electrical and ITS projects? My client is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join their dynamic team and play a key role in delivering high-quality outcomes across major projects on the Gold Coast.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the delivery of electrical maintenance and installation projects to industry standards.
Supervise, mentor, and motivate field teams, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
Ensure compliance with AS/NZS3000 and other relevant specifications.
Conduct quality assurance checks, manage project documentation, and liaise with clients and subcontractors.
Champion a Zero Harm safety culture through regular safety inspections and toolbox talks.

What You’ll Bring:

Qualifications: Current QLD Electrical Licence & Certificate III in Electrotechnology (Desirable)
Experience: Proven leadership experience in electrical or ITS projects.
Skills: Strong communication, time management, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of BCC, and GCCC standards, and electrical testing within regulated networks.
