About the Role:

As an ASO6 Financial Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting financial operations, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, and providing expert advice on superannuation matters. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing and processing financial transactions related to superannuation claims, benefits, and entitlements.

• Delivering exceptional customer service by addressing member inquiries and providing clear, accurate information.

• Analyzing financial data and preparing reports to support decision-making and policy development.

• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, legal professionals, and medical practitioners.

• Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

About You:

We are seeking candidates who bring:

• Proven experience working with superannuation and a solid understanding of relevant schemes and legislation.

• Prior experience in the public sector with knowledge of financial policies and procedures.
