Key Responsibilities
- Offering high level guidance and support to various internal stakeholders
- Ensuring the maintenance of rigorous procurement and subcontract management standards in multiple projects
- Creating subcontract requirements, preparing tender packages, conducting thorough analysis and proposal evaluations, and providing recommendations
- Handling subcontract and complex procurement plans, including contract amendments and additions
- Engaging in negotiations for subcontract modifications and actively participating in contract administration and purchasing activities
Selection Criteria
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Law or Supply Chain desirable
- An in depth knowledge of medium to high level complex subcontracts in procurement from any industry such as mining, utilities, defence, oil and gas or similar but not limited to
- You will be an outcome focused professional, passionate about delivering excellence in contemporary procurement outcomes
- Be able to successfully work within a fast paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience
