Make a lasting impact – support children by empowering families and educators.
We’re looking for a passionate and collaborative Speech Pathologist to join our client in Sydney, working with children aged 0–6 in a non-intervention, capacity-building role. This is your chance to move beyond traditional therapy and focus on developmental screenings, evidence-based strategies, and consultations with centres and families.
As an early childhood Speech Pathologist, you’ll work in early learning centres and from home to support children and the adults around them. This role focuses on education and empowerment—not direct intervention.
You will:
Work closely with families, educators, and community professionals
Support language and communication development through coaching
Promote inclusive practices in early childhood education
Help build confidence and capacity in the people who matter most to the child
Collaborate in a transdisciplinary team focused on child and family outcomes
You’re a qualified Speech Pathologist who thrives in a collaborative, relationship-focused environment. You’re ready to make a meaningful impact without relying on one-on-one therapy models.
You bring:
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and SPA registration (or eligibility)
Passion for early childhood development and inclusive education
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A strengths-based, family-centred mindset
A current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
Competitive salary package + super + travel expenses
No direct therapy caseload – focus on prevention, education & collaboration
Flexible work arrangements – part-time
Supportive, multidisciplinary team culture
Opportunities to grow in early childhood and community-based practice
