Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and respond to parts inquiries.
• Prepare accurate quotations and follow up within 24 hours.
• Identify and recommend suitable parts based on customer needs.
• Process orders, payments, and manage credit authorisations.
• Handle customer calls, solve issues, and build strong relationships.
• Assist with picking, packing, stock replenishment, and keeping the store organised.
• Ensure timely delivery of parts to the site.

Safety Responsibilities:

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Report hazards, incidents, and near misses promptly.
• Maintain responsibility for your own health and safety, and that of your team.

Key Selection Criteria:

• Must hold a Manual Driver's Licence
• Previous experience in spare parts interpretation or a similar role - essential
• Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories highly desirable
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A clean driving record.
• Hold a current Forklift Licence - highly desirable
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently as well as receive direction/instruction from supervisors
