Solution Architect (Marketing Applications)

About the Role We’re on the lookout for a Solution Architect with a strong background in applications and digital marketing technology (MarTech) implementations.
As a Solution Architect, you’ll play a critical role in defining and delivering scalable, customer-centric digital marketing solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to design and implement technology that optimises personalisation, targeting, and marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities
... Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end MarTech and digital marketing application solutions.
Work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Architect and oversee integrations with ad servers, customer data platforms (CDPs), and personalisation engines.
Provide technical leadership for solution delivery, ensuring best practices, scalability, and maintainability.
Facilitate workshops and technical discussions to gather requirements and design effective, forward-thinking solutions.
Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and governance standards.
Key Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Solution Architect in an applications capacity, with a focus on MarTech, AdTech, or Digital Marketing implementations.
Expertise in ad servers, personalisation tools, and campaign management platforms.
Strong understanding of end-to-end solution delivery, from requirement gathering to implementation.
Proficiency in designing system integrations and leveraging APIs.
Experience with tools and platforms such as CDPs, DMPs, and customer journey orchestration.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
