Contract opportunity available for an experienced Solution Architect (Microsoft 365 Specialist). In this role you will assess, design, and enhance M365 utilisation while ensuring seamless integration, improved security, and effective change management. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of M365 implementation in an evolving landscape.

What You Will Do:

• Evaluate and analyse M365 utilisation across schools and corporate environments, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement integration strategies to align M365 solutions with business and educational needs.
• Enhance change management and communication strategies around M365 updates, using tools like Microsoft Message Centre.
• Provide tailored M365 solutions to support school-specific needs, including overseas trips, camps, and emergencies.
• Strengthen security posture by optimising Microsoft Defender and implementing best security practices.

What You Need to Apply for This Role:

• Qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in Microsoft 365 architecture, tools, and solutions.
• Proven expertise in security frameworks, particularly Microsoft Defender.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop executive dashboards and reporting frameworks.
• Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement, change management, and communication strategies.
