Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the Standard Operating Environment (SOE) and related activities,
• Provide leadership and technical guidance on delivery of desktop and mobility solutions including impacts to end user experience;
• Provide 3rd level SOE support for desktop related problem management cases, acting as an escalation point within the services team;
• Document as built configurations.

Skills:

• Knowledge of End User Windows Operating Systems, Traditional networking, and Azure cloud services.
• Technical knowledge and experience in deploying or supporting Microsoft Intune;
• Technical knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and W365;
• Experience in SOE maintenance, updates, and enhancements of environment wide configurations including user policies, device policies, security policies, firmware, drivers, and automation scripts through enterprises grade endpoint management platforms (Intune)
• Microsoft Azure Proficiency
• Knowledge of the ACSC ISM and ACSC Essential 8 (particularly Maturity Level 2)
