• Organisation and coordination of construction activities in accordance with construction schedules and programmes
• Manage construction workers and subcontractors to ensure the programme, safety, environmental and quality requirements are adhered to at all times
• Procurement and management of required plant, equipment and materials for allocated projects, ensuring they arrive in line with the programme
• In conjunction with the Project Manager, coordinate all requirements for temporary works
• Contribute to progress reports and relevant documentation to management and clients
• Identify the need for and participate in the development and review of risk assessments and SWMS's

• Industry related trade qualification (cert III or above which is relevant to construstion, utilities infrastructure, tunnelling or building)
• Construction general safety induction card
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing safety and environment control
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, layout plans and schematic drawings
• Strong oral and written communication skills
