Our client has excellent talent throughout the business and due to continued growth is now looking for a Site manager to join the team delivering projects for key client's.

The Role

Site Manager joining a well established team and taking on the deliver initially a resedential townhouse development on the South Side of Brisbane
Managing ITP's', quality, safety and trade relations onsite
Reviewing and completing documentation on internal construction software
Ability to read and interpret drawings
Manage programme including look ahead's and effectively communcating changes
Full time role joining a well resourced team with a good name in the market
As site manager you will take responsibility for all on site duties running your own projects end to end

Experience/Qualifications Required

A stable track record in supervision of commercial construction and resedential projects up to $15m
Current First Aid Certificate required
QBCC Site Supervisor License
An ability to manage programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
Experience in utilising construction software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar
A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
A trade or tertiary qualification in construction
