Role Overview:
As a Site Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-end residential projects valued between $2M - $6M. You will manage all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your role will involve coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and material deliveries, as well as driving subcontractor performance to ensure schedules and quality expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver high-end residential projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Coordinate and oversee all on-site activities, including subcontractors and material deliveries.
• Develop, plan, and schedule the work of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Supervise and drive subcontractor performance to ensure that work meets quality standards and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor and manage the project budget and resource allocation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Site Manager in high-end residential construction.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project schedules, and quality control.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
