Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors and site staff.
- Ensure all construction activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety standards.
- Manage project schedules, resources, and materials effectively.
- Develop and implement site safety plans and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of project progress and costs.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Identify and address potential risks and challenges.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations.
- 4-6 years experience as a Construction Site Manager on similar projects.
- A strong understanding of construction practices, techniques, and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
- A commitment to safety and quality.
- A degree or diploma in construction management or a related field disired but not a must.
