Specialising in Design & Construct (D&C) office fit outs, along with a diverse portfolio of high-end projects, this dynamic team is committed to quality, innovation, and excellence. They are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their growing team, while also open to supporting the development of an emerging leader with experience in the commercial fit out sector.
Role Overview:
The Site Manager will oversee day-to-day operations for fit out and refurbishment projects, ensuring timely, on-budget, and high-quality project delivery. You will manage subcontractors, resources, and safety standards while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
... - Manage and supervise site activities, ensuring project time lines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ensure health and safety compliance across the site.
- Maintain project documentation and progress reports.
- Lead and mentor the site team to ensure smooth operations
Experience/Qualifications Required
- Current First Aid Certificate required
- QBCC Site Supervisor License - required
- An ability to manage programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
- Proven experience in site management for commercial fitout and refurbishment projects. D&C experience is highly regarded
- Experience in utilising construction software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar
- A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
