About the Company
This well-regarded national commercial fit-out company in Sydney has over a decade of experience delivering premium projects across a range of sectors, including office spaces, education, and government buildings, with values ranging from $500k to $5m. Renowned for their innovative solutions and client-focused approach, they’ve built a reputation for excellence and professionalism while fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
With a strong pipeline of exciting upcoming projects, they’re looking for a skilled Site Foreman/Site Manager to join their dynamic team and take charge of delivering high-quality fit-out projects. They are looking for someone that has existing experience working on office refurbishments specifically for landlords - when working direct for the landlord the site manager is responsible for managing multiple stakeholders, rather than just the tenant. It is heavy on communication and as a Site manager/Site foreman you need to understand each stakeholder’s role and how to communicate with them. Examples of these type of landlords could be Dexus, Goodman, Charter Hall, Cromwell, GMP, Lendlease and Investa.
