Key Responsibilities

• Assist in effective programming and construction methodologies
• Ensure project milestones are met and compliance standards are adhered to
• Conduct quality assurance and site inspections
• Provide financial reporting and forecasting
• Oversee project administration tasks
• Maintain safe working conditions for staff and subcontractors

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
• Experience in engineering, construction, and project delivery
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining focus on priorities
• Strong skills in negotiating, evaluating, and administering contracts, specifications, and Australian standards
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
• Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Project
• Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership qualities with a focus on motivating and influencing teams
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
