What You’ll Be Doing:
- Producing interior window shutters according to the production schedule
- Ensuring all products meet high quality standards
- Detecting and adjusting functional defects before finalizing products
- Wrapping and handling shutters carefully to prevent damage
- Monitoring stock levels and informing the supervisor when supplies run low
- Assisting in other production areas as needed
- Maintaining a safe and clean workstation, reporting any hazards
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to work efficiently and manage time well
- Comfortable working standing for long periods
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Experience in window furnishing manufacturing (preferred, but not essential)
- Previous experience in factory assembly is an advantage
