Randstad Digital are seeking a highly skilled Data Coordinator to assist with the setup and optimisation of our clients SharePoint. This role involves data transfer, setting up Power Automates.The ideal candidate will be self-managed, technically proficient, and able to hit the ground running.
... Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Assist with the transfer and organisation of data into SharePoint and NAS drives.
- Set up and optimise Power Automates to streamline workflows.
- Support to team members on SharePoint functionalities.
- Tidy up and tweak existing SharePoint setup to enhance efficiency.
- Perform small ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tasks as needed.
- Independently manage and execute technical tasks and problem-solving.
Necessary Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with SharePoint and Office 365.
- Previous manufacturing or engineering sector experience
- Strong skills in data entry and coordination.
- Ability to set up and optimise Power Automates.
- Self-managed with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent problem-solving and technical thinking abilities.
- Effective communication skills for training and support.
- Data will be saved in SharePoint or NAS drives.
