This role will:
- Actively participate in the day to day management of the services supported by Sharepoint. These include, but are not limited to our intranet and document management systems.
- Develop and maintain support documentation including knowledge management, operational processes, internal communications, and education material
- Work with our partners and internal stakeholders to onboard new assignments, including scoping incoming requests, process mapping and identifying process complexity.
- You will be required to provide support, including patching to our Sharepoint 2016 and Sharepoint Online implementations.
- Assist in building and developing our internal support capability
- Perform Sharepoint site configuration, customisation and reporting
- Work with various technical teams to assist with implementing Sharepoint components as part of complex solutions.
- Assist the team in the deployment, management and troubleshooting of development infrastructure including VMs, software and DevOps pipelines.
Essential criteria
- Technical: • 3+ years Sharepoint experience including Sharepoint 2016 (on premise) patching and maintenance • Experience configuring Sharepoint Online (0365) using out of the box components • Experience with Sharepoint Online ‘modern’ • SharePoint Development customisation capability using React and Front End Technologies • Strong hands-on experience Sharepoint Online and on-premise administration • Expertise in Sharepoint installation, configuration, upgrades, architecture and migration • Understanding and experience working with cloud-based services such as Microsoft Azure, Office 365 and Azure Devops • Experience with .NET / .NET core would be an advantage
