We are currently seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join one of our clients in Melbourne CBD. This role offers flexible working arrangement (min 1 day per week in office) and you will be joining a collaborative team environment.

Salary: $120,000 - $125,000 + Super

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and support ServiceNow solutions across various domains, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, CSM/ESM, and HRSD.
• Utilize your expertise in Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Service Portal, Service Catalog, and Forms, leveraging technologies such as JavaScript/Glide, Angular, HTML, PowerShell, and Jelly scripting.
• Design and implement integrations with strategic platforms using REST, SOAP, and JSON APIs.
• Develop advanced solutions using scripted APIs, Flows, Catalog Builder, and Spokes (e.g., Workday, AWS, Azure).
• Maintain and optimize ServiceNow MID server architecture, service discovery processes, probes, and sensors.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues while ensuring clear communication of progress and escalation as needed.

About You:

• Extensive experience in ServiceNow Development with a thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to apply policies, procedures, and systems effectively.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Keen to mentor junior team members
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of ITIL Foundations
