Service Technician – Randstad Hobart
Randstad Hobart is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our team in Tasmania.
This permanent full-time role involves statewide travel to service, install, and maintain DECT and entertainment systems in medical centres. You will work directly with clients to ensure high-quality service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair MATV systems and related electronic equipment
- Conduct diagnostic tests and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance
- Provide on-site technical support to medical centres and health care facilities
- Maintain accurate service records and report on system performance
- Liaise with customers and clients to provide professional service and advice
- Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards
- Travel statewide as required to fulfil service and maintenance schedules
Requirements:
- Certificate IV in Electronics and Communications (minimum qualification)
- Experience or strong understanding of MATV systems (essential)
- Austel/Cabling licence (advantageous)
- White Card
- Working with Children Check
- Police Check
- Full driver’s licence

- $95,000 - $110,000 salary (based on experience)
