- Disaster Recovery Planning: Develop, maintain, and coordinate comprehensive Disaster Recovery Plans, including regular testing to ensure readiness.
- ServiceNow Management: Oversee and update the IT Service Continuity fields in ServiceNow to ensure all data is current and accurate.
- Issue Management: Identify and raise issues using the IRM SNOW tools and manage IT Resilience control issues by collaborating with SEO teams.
- Business Continuity Planning: Update and test Business Continuity Plans (BCP), action plans, and runbooks with inputs from SEO teams.
- Performance Metrics: Regularly review and enhance IT Resilience metrics to track and improve our preparedness.

- Experience with Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with modern cloud infrastructure and services.
- Knowledge of Technical Infrastructure: Understanding the backbone of IT systems and platforms.
- ITIL Expertise: A deep appreciation for IT service management best practices.
- ServiceNow Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, particularly in IT service continuity and issue management.
