Your New Role:
Working across a wider team of professionals and reporting to the Managing Director, who is known for their positive, transparent and supportive management style. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing the service team to achieve optimal productivity and performance.
- Taking ownership of the Service department's daily activities and overall performance.
- Ensure all work is completed and quality-checked to the highest standards.
- Drive the team to maintain a strong customer service focus with a "fix it right the first time" attitude.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain compliance with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) standards.

About You:
- Proven experience in the materials handling field or a related industry.
- Exceptional people management and leadership skills.
- Mechanical background highly desired
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to team collaboration.
- Ability to work proactively with minimal guidance and handle uncertainty.
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities and capacity to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Proficient in using computers for various tasks, including ERP systems.
