Our Client is looking to improve their use of Microsoft products to upgrade the level of cyber security across most Health Service Providers within the department, The Cyber Advance Project is aiming to commence roll out of the Microsoft Defender for Endpoint product in active mode (MDE-A) in Feb 2025. In anticipation of a considerable number of queries that will be received from HSPs during the rollout, the project requires a Service Desk Officer to oversee the Cyber Advance mailbox during this deployment phase.
Required Skills, Knowledge or Experience:
- Monitor and respond promptly to emails and queries in the Cyber Advance inbox.
- Use mail merge to send out email communications to end users.
- Collaborate closely with the Release Manager and Change Consultant.
- Escalate complex or technical queries as required.
- Ensure attention to detail, particularly when managing data and communications.
It is highly desirable that the candidate must have experience working in and/or with a WA Government agency due to the complex nature of the work environment.
