Our Client is seeking an experienced and dynamic ICT Operations Supervisor with a strong balance of technical expertise and leadership abilities. This role initially will be a 3-4 months contract and will convert to a permanent position.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Level 3/4 Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced IT infrastructure, system administration, network management, and troubleshooting. A deep understanding of IT best practices and hands-on experience in managing complex technical environments is essential.

• Proven Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, manage workloads effectively, and drive operational excellence. The candidate should have experience in supervising and mentoring technical staff, fostering collaboration, and ensuring alignment with organisational goals.

• ITIL Framework Expertise: Familiarity with the ITIL framework, including service management processes, to ensure effective and efficient delivery of IT services.

• Agile Methodology Knowledge: An understanding of Agile principles and practices, with the ability to implement and optimise workflows in an agile environment (if not agile, then another methodology which optimise workflows)
