Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the allocation of labour, plant, and equipment across multiple job sites
  
  
• Manage team rosters and workforce scheduling to meet project timelines
  
  
• Work closely with project managers, site teams, and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery
  
  
• Monitor project progress, resolve scheduling issues, and communicate updates effectively
  
  
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, risk assessments, SWMS, and regulatory requirements
  
  

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in service coordination, logistics, or transport operations
  
  
• Strong understanding of Chain of Responsibility
  
  
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
