This role is Monday to Friday in the office, with Saturdays on a rotating roster (overtime is a great bonus!), and offers up to $85K + super for the right person.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls, delivering exceptional service
- Schedule and coordinate jobs using ServiceM8
- Follow up on quotes with technicians and customers
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism
- Maintain team communication via WhatsApp and call systems
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Service Coordinator (trade industry experience preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and ServiceM8 (preferred but not essential)
- Professional, positive, and solutions-focused attitude
