Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety (EHS), and quality standards in line with company policies.
- Manage the end-to-end process of service work orders, including opening, tracking, and closing them efficiently.
- Prepare and submit quotations and variations for service-related work.
- Maintain site-based registers, tracking sheets, and labour time entries to support operational accuracy.
- Coordinate and facilitate the dispatch of service work with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Compile, manage, and maintain data for reporting and record-keeping purposes.
- Prepare and distribute service-related documentation to customers.
- Archive all relevant records and documentation in an organised manner.
- Organise and facilitate meetings, taking minutes and ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers to meet production and facility needs.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including lean practices and 5S methodology.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Handle issues professionally, working towards effective resolutions and positive outcomes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
- Take initiative to achieve business performance goals, meet deadlines, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate flexibility to work outside regular hours as needed to support business demands.
- Be open to domestic or international travel when required.
- Perform additional duties as necessary to support business operations.
Essential Experience & Skills
- Minimum of three years experience in a manufacturing or service environment, or a combination of relevant education and experience.
- Strong organisational, time management, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with experience using MRP/ERP systems.
- A valid driver’s license.
Desirable Experience & Qualifications
- A qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
- Current or willingness to obtain First Aid and Fire Warden certifications.
