I am currenly looking for a Service Centre Assistant on a 6 month contract with my client based here in Brisbane!
The ICT Service Centre is the primary service desk for all Council Employees, providing quality “first-point-of-contact” for the information communication technology (ICT) needs customers, including the accurate logging and resolution of ICT incidents and service requests.
This is provided through different support channels such as:
- Phone calls
- Self Service tickets
- Tech Street (Face to Face support)
Required Skills:
- Strong customer service skills Knowledge across various software applications eg. Office365,
Active Directory, SAP, Citrix.Service Desk e - Experience, including management of tickets
within an ITSM Platform
