The duties and responsibilities will include:
- Providing admin support and general office duties
- Accurate and timely data entry
- Maintaining our Premium customer account relationships
- Providing a link between Premium customers and the timely dispatch of goods
- Communicate with customers and internal Supply Chain to proactively manage customers immediate and future demands
- Ensuring details relating to sales orders is processed, managed, and maintained correctly and in a timely manner
- Generate and ship picking slips in a timely manner
- Professional email correspondence
- Provide supplementary assistance to Key Account Managers
- Friendly and professional customer service
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven work experience in Administration or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organisational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Customer service attitude
