Key Responsibilities:

1. Treasury Accounting:
- Lead the treasury accounting function, overseeing day-to-day operations related to securitised trusts.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures aligned with AASB standards / AUSIFRS compliance
- Manage monthly hedge accounting activities, including effectiveness calculations and documentation.

2. Team Development:
- Mentor and develop a team of treasury accounting professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and performance-driven environment.

3. Strategic Oversight:
- Drive process improvements and innovative practices within the treasury accounting function.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Experience and Competency:

+8 years in Financial Services in Australia
Expertise in hedge accounting and treasury management.
Proven leadership skills with experience in managing teams.
Strong understanding of AASB standards and financial instruments.
