In this critical role, you’ll work closely with hiring managers and the broader People team to deliver high-volume end-to-end recruitment strategies, attract top talent, and drive initiatives to strengthen the employer brand. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver seamless recruitment processes, including agency engagements, in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Lead the design and implementation of best-practice attraction and recruitment strategies.
- Drive process improvement projects, focusing on talent pipelines, sourcing strategies, and the employee value proposition.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering sound advice and support to business stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
About You:
- Extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in the Victorian Public Service.
- Expertise in recruitment legislation, policies, and best practices.
- Proven success in driving talent acquisition improvements and process enhancements.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to prioritise, self-manage, and work collaboratively in a high-pressure environment.
