Our Federal Government client seeks an Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Solution Architect, who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the ESM solutions that align with our client's strategic objectives. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the ESM solutions meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency. This role will be responsible for the architecture of the current and future state of ESM platform. An Ideal candidate will be able to think outside the box and design solutions that balance both technical and business outcomes.

Key duties and responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of ESM solutions, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business requirements.
• Oversee the implementation of ESM solutions, including configuration, customisation, and integration with other systems.
• Work closely with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful delivery of ESM projects.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of ESM solutions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for ESM solutions, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and operation procedures. As well as maintaining as-built and technical library of information.
• Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff on ESM solutions, ensuring they are effectively utilised and maintained. This includes running communities of practice and other knowledge-sharing initiatives.
