Your New Role
We’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant / Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our close Parramatta Business Support team. This is the highest performing desk in the team, billing commission every month, with established key accounts and the opportunity to bring on new clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Growing a strong client base through creative marketing activities
- Building, growing, and nurturing your accounts
- Screening, interviewing, and matching candidates to open roles
- Consulting with candidates and clients on the recruitment process
- Updating internal systems with candidate and client information

What We Need From You:
- Previous Senior Recruitment Consultant / Principal Recruitment Consultant experience
- Passion for sales and working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to recruit for volume roles and drive new business
- Strong team player with autonomy
- Valid driver’s license
