The Senior Property Executive will focus on maximising revenue through both sales and leasing channels while ensuring the company’s developments meet market demand and quality standards.
You will need to be proficient in the following areas:
- Strategic Leadership and Planning
- Project Management and Development Oversight
- Sales and Leasing Strategy
- Tenant Acquisition and Partnership Development
- Construction Monitoring and Quality Assurance
- Shop Lots Management and Body Corporate Oversight
- Financial Management and Performance Analysis
- Compliance and Risk Management
- Team Leadership and Development
To be considered for this role you will ideally have the following qualifications and experience (desirable):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or certifications in property development or real estate management preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in real estate development, with strong exposure to sales and leasing, particularly in retail or commercial property.
- Demonstrated experience managing retail or commercial developments, with a proven track record in sales, leasing, and tenant relationship management.
