As the Senior Project Manager, you will bring your extensive experience in the QLD fitout sector, leveraging a well-established local network and a track record of successfully managing projects for reputable companies.
The Role
- Project Manager joining a well established team delivering high quality fitout and refurbishment projects
- You wil have the personality and technical capabilities to grow into a construction manager role
- You will forecast and manage project budgets
- Ensure quality process and delivery across all of your projects and project team
- Managing RFI's to clients, architects, and consultants
- Procurement including scope of work & tender package.
- Grow and develop a business unit and key accounts
Experience/Qualifications Required
- A stable track record in delivering of commercial Fitout projects up to $5m
- Fitout & refurbishment experience highly regarded
- An ability to manage programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
- Experience in utilising construction software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar
- A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
- A trade or tertiary qualification in construction
