About The Role:
You will be overseeing the whole project life cycle, from planning and preparation of all business cases and related plans through to delivery, commissioning and successful handover, in consultation with key stakeholders.

This will include:
- Lead and manage a cross-portfolio team to deliver projects and programs. This can be a portfolio of projects ranging in value from $10m-$250m+.
- Manage the project team to ensure achievement of key accountabilities of their role description.
- Report writing and developing business cases to submit to Treasury.
- Manage scope, budget, program, safety, assurance and quality across a portfolio of projects. Manage financial reporting, quality assurance and procurement services to enable the Department to meet its objectives.
About the ideal candidate:
You will have worked in a similar role, and ideally have the following:
- Strong stakeholder management and be able to work to tight deadlines
- 10 - 15+ years’ of relevant professional experience, preferably gained in a large, complex and decentralized work environment.
- Experience in the planning side of capital works projects
