As the Senior People & Culture Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor, supporting leaders through workforce transformation while ensuring HR best practices align with Victorian Government legislation and Fair Work Australia guidelines.
Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll proactively identify workforce challenges, provide sound HR advice, and implement innovative solutions that contribute to long-term project success.
What We’re Looking For
- A proactive HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
Strong business partnering skills, beyond transactional HR, you actively engage with and influence stakeholders - Experience in workforce planning, change management, and data-driven HR strategy
- In-depth knowledge of Victorian Government HR policies, Fair Work legislation, and compliance frameworks
- A collaborative and adaptable mindset, with the ability to navigate ambiguity
- 5-7 years’ experience in a senior HR business partnering role, ideally within government, projects, or infrastructure sectors
đź’° Rate: $85.14 - $113.94 + Super
đź“Ť Location: Melbourne CBD + project site visits (hybrid model)
