In this role you will work as a team to support the Payroll function and ensure efficient and accurate processing and reporting of end-to-end payroll for 2500 employees in Australia and New Zealand. Payroll runs are 4 times a month and more than 500 payroll to process each time. Time and attendance are clocked via Kronos, while payroll software used is Ramco.

This role reports to the Payroll Team Lead, while there is another Senior Payroll Specialist in this small team of 3.
skills & requirements for the role
You must come equipped with minimum 5 years of large payroll processing experience for at least 500 headcount or more. Knowledge of Payroll Procedures and systems, and experience with time and attendance management is crucial. You should also possess an understanding of Awards and statutory requirements. This role is well-suited for somebody who has a mindset of continuously seeking to improve processes, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
