We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our Analyst Relations team. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing a communications strategy that increases industry analyst mindshare in the JAPAC region. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including communications, product management, marketing, sales, and partnerships, to promote the company's unique value propositions, with a focus on AI innovations and cloud offerings.
As an Analyst Relations Manager, you will be responsible for shaping analyst perceptions and building strategic relationships with key influencers. You will also work to elevate the company’s position as a leader in the cloud and AI space, guiding how analysts think about the company as a strategic partner for enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive communications strategies aimed at increasing the company’s visibility and reputation within the industry analyst community.
- Shape the company’s narrative with analysts, focusing on its AI-driven innovations and cloud offerings.
- Collaborate with teams across product management, marketing, communications, sales, and partners to ensure alignment on key messages and strategic initiatives.
- Foster strong relationships with external analysts and internal stakeholders.
- Lead analyst engagement programs that combine strategic vision with operational execution.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messages for the analyst community.
- Provide insights to inform the product roadmap, competitive positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
Your Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6+ years of experience in analyst relations, communications, or product marketing within the tech industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both external analysts and internal stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking and project management skills with attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge of the cloud and AI landscapes.
- Proven ability to manage and advise multiple stakeholders across product, sales, and marketing teams.
- Experience managing major analyst evaluations, from strategy through to execution.
- Familiarity with managing agency resources to support global initiatives within regional markets.
