• Lifecycle Management: Oversee the lifecycle of key maritime assets, from acquisition to disposal, ensuring effective maintenance and longevity.
• Maintenance Planning: Lead the planning and scheduling of maintenance activities to ensure minimal disruption and optimal asset performance.
• Sustainability Initiatives: Drive sustainability and environmental strategies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and environmental regulations.
• Condition Appraisals: Manage condition appraisals and assessments to determine asset health and prioritise investments for future capital works.
• Cost Profiling & Budgeting: Oversee cost profiling, budget management, and financial forecasting to support asset-related projects and maintenance.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of asset management professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Consultant Collaboration: Work closely with consultants and vendors to manage critical asset management projects, including condition assessments and asset optimisation.
• Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement: Provide regular reports to senior leadership on asset performance, strategic initiatives, and operational efficiencies.

Key Skills & Attributes:

• Strong experience in maritime asset management, infrastructure planning, and maintenance optimisation.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a diverse team.
• Deep knowledge of asset management frameworks, including ISO55001 and sustainability practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, particularly in managing complex projects and initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess asset condition and recommend improvements.
• Familiarity with government infrastructure frameworks and regulatory compliance.
