Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and alignment with department goals.
• Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with various departments to consolidate financial data and provide insightful financial analysis.
• Provide expert financial advice and support to senior management, enhancing financial decision-making across the organisation.
• Lead the financial planning process, including budget formulation, monitoring, and variance analysis.
• Conduct risk assessments and policy reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial management processes and systems.
• Engage in hands-on tasks and data modeling to support the financial planning and analysis functions.

About You:

• Must Have: CA/CPA Qualification.
• Proven experience in Management Accounting, including writting policy, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Demonstrated experience in policy writing and development, with a keen interest in financial policy and risk management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working in large, complex organisations is highly regarded.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools, such as SAP, is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
