• Extract, analyse and present complex data sets using contemporary information management and business intelligence software to meet internal and external reporting requirements and on-demand requests.
• Create and maintain business intelligence solutions to present departmental data and statistics in a more accessible and useful manner for distribution to stakeholders.

• Undertake research, analysis and evaluation to support business improvements, assist managers to implement improvements, and promote best practices within the department’s infrastructure, planning and asset management programs.
• Contribute to the development of innovative solutions for infrastructure, planning and asset management services that align with industry quality standards.
