Key Responsibilities;
- Effectively managing multiple tasks, contributing to project planning, and leading smaller projects
- Strong internal consulting and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Provide strategic guidance to business leaders on employee relations, grievance handling, and investigations
- Participate in performance management cycles and manage employee engagement
- Coach and mentor junior staff members
- Maintain relationships with client contacts, ensuring these connections are sustained after project completion.
The successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. You will be confident in having difficult conversations and be comfortable and excel in building trusted relationships with stakeholders & external clients.
