key responsibilities;
- Execute the People & Culture strategy in alignment with your stakeholder group.
- Provide strategic guidance to business leaders on performance development plans, employee relations, grievance handling, investigations, and strategies for employee engagement and retention.
- Lead the talent management program, succession planning, and learning & development initiatives for your business group.
- Oversee the annual remuneration review process and the annual employee engagement program.
- Contribute to the HR team on broader company or People & Culture initiatives and projects.
The successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively in what is a tight-knit HR team in a fast-paced environment. You will be confident in having difficult conversations and be comfortable and excel in building trusted relationships with stakeholders.
