We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR professional to join their team as a Senior HR Business Partner. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in partnering with business leaders to drive organisational performance and employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
... - Coach and empower leaders to create a high-performance culture
- Build leadership capability through training and development
- Manage remuneration bench-marking and reporting systems
- Promote employee well-being and create a positive work environment
- Deliver focused cultural change initiatives to enhance employee engagement
- Manage the employee life-cycle
- Provide strategic initiatives and guidance
- Provide professional advice, coaching and support to Senior Leaders & Managers
- Partner with managers to solve employee relations and industrial relations issues
- Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices
Key skills and experience:
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 7+ years of experience in HR, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role
- Strong understanding of building/construction industry
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies
- Ability to travel interstate for 2-3 days per month.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
