Our client is a leading media company, integral to the daily lives of Australians. Currently undergoing an exciting growth phase, they are seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join their People & Culture team on a 10 month fixed term contract. This organisation offers an outstanding culture, strong team tenure, and flexible working arrangements.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide guidance and support to managers across HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate and advise managers on workforce planning, performance management, organisational change, compliance and employee relations to ensure organisation effectiveness
- Address employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with Australian legislation and company policies
- Partner with senior stakeholders and the wider People & Culture team on people initiatives and strategies
- Establish and sustain strong relationships with key managers in the division while staying informed about their current business needs.
Key Requirements:
- 5 years experience in a HR Advisory position or similar
- Experience managing your own client group or similar
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge of local law and legislation
