As a Senior ER/IR Specialist, you will independently manage employee and industrial relations, working with senior leaders and HR to ensure compliance and resolve issues.

- Manage complex employee relations cases, providing effective resolutions
- Collaborate and advise leaders across different functions and states on ER/IR matters
- Ensure compliance with industrial relations legislation and proactively manage workplace relations issues
Key Requirements:
- Solid experience of resolving complex employee and industrial relations issues across diverse environments
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Comprehensive understanding of labour laws, workplace legislation, and organisational policies to maintain compliance and minimise risks
- Ability to partner with leaders across various business functions
