As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and execution of large-scale electrical projects. You will lead teams, mentor junior engineers, and ensure the delivery of technically advanced, cost-effective solutions. Your expertise in electrical design, coupled with your leadership experience, will be key in driving project success and maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the electrical design and engineering of large-scale, complex projects from concept through to completion.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers, ensuring effective collaboration and high-performance output.
- Develop and review electrical designs, including detailed calculations, schematics, layouts, and specifications.
- Conduct technical reviews and ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and codes.
- Oversee and coordinate the execution of electrical systems, from concept to installation, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Ensure that designs are optimized for energy efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain a focus on continuous improvement, incorporating new technologies and methods into the engineering process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer, with at least 3 years leading complex and large-scale projects.
- Proven proficiency in electrical design and technical problem-solving across a variety of industries.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Proficiency with electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP, etc.).
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
