About The Role:
As a Senior Development Manager you will be in charge of working in a team on major residential redevelopment projects.
This will include:
... - Deliver social housing projects by partnering with the private, not-for-profit and the community housing sector to deliver outcomes in line with the clients objectives
- Provide expert advice and support to the Executive Leadership Team on the development, implementation, management and reporting of projects.
- Establish and proactively manage positive working relationships with project stakeholders, including business partners, contractors, external consultants and other government agencies to guide contributions, manage expectations, report progress and leverage knowledge.
- Identify, analyse and advise on legal, regulatory and operational risks to projects and initiatives, and develop, communicate and implement risk mitigation plans and strategies.
About the ideal candidate:
You will have worked in a similar role, and ideally have the following:
- Construction or residential housing experience
- Have a valid drivers licence
- Strong stakeholder management
